BALLET - APPRENTICE DIVISION

Ballet, the foundation for all dance movement, strengthens the muscular development and prepares a proper turnout of the legs and feet as well as developing initial poise, grace, control of body movement, self discipline, and confidence. A combination of Cecchetti, Russian, and French method is taught at the Academy and all ballet terminology is in French. Apprentice Division ballet classes meet for one hour twice a week.
