SPOTLIGHT ENROLLMENT

You may download an enrollment application from this website (click here). Spotlight Dance Studios will be enrolling beginning and experienced students throughout the year. You may submit your completed application and $10.00 non-refundable application fee at either location or by mailing it to RAFA’s Spotlight Dance Studios; P.O. Box 580466; Houston, Texas 77258. You will be contacted for class placement once your application is received. Once placed, your $10.00 application fee will be applied to your $35.00 registration fee. A photograph of the applicant is greatly appreciated.
